Long time no see. Busier than usual!!

The winner of Septembers' trivia contest will have her card, R2D2, shipped off shortly. The answer to the contest was Carrie Fisher. Congrats to her!!

Lord of the Rings Masterpieces were released publicly yesterday and are now starting to hit eBay bit by bit. You can see some fantastic works by 68 artists (including me) to see more cards you can check out this link click the link for Masterpieces then choose an artist to see some of their cards.
You can do several searches but here's the most efficient one yet. I haven't put my returned six up yet for auction but I will soon.

I will be starting two new card sets starting on October 30th. The Wizard of Oz series II and the Vintage Movie Poster sets from Breygent Marketing and another yet-to-be-announced set from Strictly Ink next month.

I will have my own custom printed personal sketch cards soon for individual commissions.

I continue to work on my Lord of the Rings portrait series and am currently finishing up number 4 in the series which will hit auction in the next couple of days. I also continue to do my normal work (pets).

I'll update here when my auctions start and when my personal sketch cards are ready!

Several Star Wars alum have won awards in the last month...

Edward Asner was given the Lifetime Achievement award by the California Independent Film Festival this week.

John Knoll received a Hollywood Award for his work in Visual Effects at the 10th Annual Hollywood Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills this past Monday (October 23). The award was for overall achievement in the field of visual effects.

Bai Ling will be honored with a Diversity Award (the Spirit Award) on November 19th in Los Angeles at the Century Plaza Hotel. The awards are presented by the Multicultural Motion Picture Association each year and they are in their 14th year.
