Greetings fellow bloggers,

I have just been informed by Chris Baker that half of the Tonnika Sisters, actress and model Christine Hewett, has passed away.

Though it had been a long time since we'd last chatted, Ms. Hewett and I found a common ground through modeling. She and I had both worked and lived in Barcelona, in the 1960s and in the 1980s, respectively. We found quite a lot to share about our more adventurous days and had a few laughs as well.

I am very sad that we have lost this most gracious and beautiful woman and I hope you will join me in expressing our deepest sympathies to her family.
