I'm glad some of you came back for the third part of my series on the symbolism of the colors of the lightsabers. Here are the links to parts 1 and 2: part 1 part 2. I had some hate mail so I was worried there for a sec. But lets get on with it. The EU new lightsaber colors.
Okay so I have seen in some books and video games four new lightsaber colors: silver yellow orange and crimson. I think that silver could mean senority or a very valuable Jedi or an experienced Jedi or a very powerful jedi. Lets say I had a silver lightsaber that could mean I am very old or very wealthy or I have recieved medals for my service as a jedi or that could mean I am very powerful even more powerful than Yoda. Okay moving on to yellow now that I think that could mean you are a very cautious or dangerous Jedi. When I say dangerous I mean some thing like very powerful willing to kill like Anakin in ROTS when he cut off Count Dooku's head at that point he was a dangerous Jedi but to have a yellow one you would need to be an all around dangerous Jedi. Anakin was only dangerous when he let his rage take control of him. By cautious I mean like before attacking you think of all the possibilities and circum-stances and consequences to make sure of safety and victory. Next color:orange. I think that orange could mean a flamboyant or adventurous Jedi. Flambouant is very eccentric and energetic like if Jar Jar was a Jedi you know what I mean. And you know what adventurous is like Anakin in the Clone Wars cartoon. Finally crimson. I think crimson would be a murderous Jedi who are (for those of you who have played republic commando) like SEV and love explosions and violence(some of you my be like that just kidding!).
