Wow, what a week without the internet does to you!! I had a WONDERFUL fun-filled time down in Florida & nearly fainted when I saw what was going on there, too! It turned out that we came right at the start of that Year of A Million Dreams promotion-it was so cool!! But they didn't have any really cool merchandise for it!

(If anyone remembers the 25th Anniversary, they had all sorts of stuff-prints, mugs, apparel-the whole works.) But, it turns out that they're giving away these Dream FastPass deals-you can get them on any of the Fastpass Rides @ WDW. The first time I found out about this was on the 2nd day of our trip-I had just walked into Star Tours, just in time to get on. There were about 10-15 people in the car. All of a sudden, these Disney cast members walk in with bags & say we are their grand prize winners of a Dream FastPass to use on any FastPass ride in MGM on that day-it was SO cool! You just had instant access to all the best rides & shows! Then, I walk outside of Tatooine Traders & find myself looking at a pair of fully costumed stormtroopers accompanying Darth Vader himself!!!

It was just so cool-Darth Vader even signed my Guidemap! (I'll try to get the picture up later.)
Next up was the Halloween Party-If you've never been to one of these, if you possibly can, even if you're an adult- (you still get candy) DO IT!! It 's just so much fun with staying up 'til Midnight, watching a spectacular parade, stunning fireworks, (they even have one that goes ALL around you!) wearing a costume, & all sorts of other cool things to do! It's crowded in the beginning, but after the 2nd parade, it really clears out! I was a Jedi this year & i had all sorts of hilarious comments! Going in on the boat, a little boy dressed as a Jedi & a friend/sibling dressed up as Darth Vader saw me & said: Hey! That's Skywalker! That''s Skywalker!! The other one said: No, that's Kenobi!! Cool, that's Kenobi!! What children say-it just gives you that great feeling.

Then, later on, there was a guy dressed as a Jedi (very cool costume!!) & a lady dressed as Princess Leia (also a very cool costume!!) who just looked awesome. I mean awesome, too! They both let me take their picture-it was just so neat!! (If you're a member of the site, Thanks again so much!! That just was so awesome!!) Lastly, right as we were leaving, there were some Disney cast members with Mickey gloves on who were waving to everyone as they left the park-I waved my lightsaber back & they started saying 'May the Force be with You!' & 'Goodbye, Lord/Master Jedi!' It was just hilarious! Overall, it was just an excellent time-if anyone has a chance to get there within the next few months, you'll definately have quite a good time! Oh, yeah-did anyone ever find a Demise of Grievous action figure? I've been looking for 1 1/2+ months with no luck. I go to Disney-they have at least 30! All with the Target exclusive sticker, too! I have no idea how that happened. All in all, not a bad vacation.
MTFBWY!!
