I am not a religious person at all. Quite the contrary. While I have a respect for all life (and for the Force), I despise individuals who resort to the exreme in any respect.

So, I decided to create a document that would encompas everyone as individuals, while, at the same time, crafting a clever play-on-words that I sincerely hope will be enjoyed.

This is my second draft of The Ten Commandments of Star Wars. Please, tell me what you think!!!


I. Thou shalt not have any science fiction novels or movies before Star Wars, the Supreme Being.

II. Thou shalt promote Star Wars in all manner possible, encoraging the Supreme Being to expand and flourish.

III. Thou shalt not criticize any of the Star Wars episodes for lack of development, insight, or creativity.

IV. Thou shalt honor the creator of the Supreme Being, George Lucas, in all that thee doest.

V. Thou shalt educate thyself in all portions of the Star Wars universe, be it by text or by computerized information.

VI. Thou shalt be mindful of thy fellow worshippers, through respect and constructive debate, such that Star Wars shall endure.

VII. Thou shalt continue to observe Star Wars throughout thy life, thy children's lives, thy grandchildren's lives, thy great-grandchildren's lives, and thy great-great grandchildren's lives.

VIII. Thou shalt explore the creations of additional inventors, such that thee may expand thy knowledge of science fiction, thus improving our Supreme Being.

IX. Thou shalt respect other science fiction creations, despite their obvious inferiority to the Supreme Being.

X. Thou shalt be mindful of the Force in all that thee shalt doest.
