As everyone who knows me knows......lol I'm a more then casual Star Wars collector. I have a lot of stuff that ranges from the newest 30th anniversary figures, to some of the old obscure things such as the Presto Magix creative sheets. I like the obscure things a great deal, but what I mostly collected is the obvious Action Figure line. My biggest problem is space. So what I'm trying to figure out, or ask, is if there are many people out there that collect the action figure lines, but open the packages, bag the figures, and save the cards?

I have been thinking of opening my figure packages and placing all my figures, with accessories, in separate bags and then saving the cards to conserve space. The thing is, when we were younger and had all these vintage toys, we wish we still had them because they are worth a great deal of money now. I'm worried that I'm going to regret opening my packages later in life, like I regret loosing my old Star Wars toys? So I'm wondering how many other collectors out there open their packages, and also, why do you?
