Where is Qui Gon?

Where is Qui Gon?

Alright..Anakin takes off on Owen's speeder bike...Whoosh! Heading out to save his mother.. He has one mission.. Save his mother..
Anakin finds his mother tortured and dying and goes into an emotional rage.. Qui Gon's voice.. Anakin, No..Stop..
Anakin emerges from the tent, a changed young man with the force as his ally, this time hellbent on revenge on any and all Sandpeople he channels his rage and the line between dark and lightsides blurs.. hate, anger, fear and revenge fill his mind and body.. Where was Qui Gon?
FFWD to ROTS...
Anakin slices and dices his way to save Chancellor Palpatine.. This time he is in time to save his friend/family... pauses (WHERE IS QUI GON?).. thinks about it hate, anger, fear, and revenge.. the line blurs... the red and blue sabers cross.. Dooku falls.. Where is Qui Gon?
Anakin goes to confront Palpatine suspecting Palpatine is a Sith Lord.. Where is Qui Gon? Palpatine defeats Anakin in a mind game..and plants the seed of the Sith and the darkside.. Where is Qui Gon?
Anakin enters Palpatine's Chambers to find Mace standing over Palpatine.. Is it another Where is Qui Gon scenario? You know the rest.. The lines blur..fear, anger, hate,,rage.. Sith..
Anakin vs Obi Wan..
Now QG.. These are both your boys? A stop, no, don't..Would speak volumes to the Jedi/Sith..
Why only at the end does Qui Gon speak to Yoda?
Does Qui Gon know the chain of events and Anakin and Obi Wan Kenobi's destinies?
The prophecy is correct... misinterpreted it is...
Would Qui Gon's intervention saved Anakin, Obi Wan, Yoda, Padme, and the Jedi?
Could Qui Gon have made a difference if he took on Palpatine?

date Posted: Apr 11, 2006 11:47 AM Anakin also sees qui gon twice in the clone wars. in volume 1, when he kills asajj ventress, and the other he imagines after the scebne with the ARC Troopers.

date Posted: Apr 11, 2006 1:36 PM if qui-gon could of told anakin to stop i think he would have. in ROTS hes still learning and basically just figures it out at the end.

I think Qui Gon is one of the most under rated and misinterpritted characters in SW. TPM does no justice to his power, wisdom, and talents. For that reason I was never a really big Qui Gon fan. But TPM novel does a great job of showing who Qui Gon really is. Where he is coming from and what makes him such a great jedi. I would recomend reading it.

date Posted: Apr 13, 2006 6:51 PM I like Qui-Gon, and I wasn't aware that his ghost, appeared to Anakin in the comics. I only have 2 comics of TPM and ROTS. Interesting blog........
