After Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi succesfully infiltrate the Jedi Temple and recalibrate the beacon..
Yoda tells Obi Wan Kenobi he must destroy Anakin. Obi Wan Kenobi, the negociator, tries two things that may contradict Yoda's orders.

1) Obi Wan goes and consults/warns/ Padme about Anakin.
2) Obi Wan tries to give Anakin an out at Mustafar..

Obi Wan Kenobi's friendship with Anakin and Padme conflicts with his duties as a Jedi.
Obi Wan Kenobi's heart breaks as "the only friends or family" are dying or dead.
