Force powers like you've never used them before. A story that Star Wars as we know it in multiple ways, depending on you choices. And unprecidented advirtising campaign, including a full line of action figures(I'm super excited about that one). What to you get when all of these things are combined into one package of crazy-like awesomeness? You get the new LucasArts game, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.


This game, according to the website and the Homing Beacon I just got today, will change Star Wars as we know it. The game will feature multiple endings which will be dependant on your choices made in the game. Though they havn't said much about them, you can assume it's the same kinda thing KOTOR had. Either you turn good and save the galaxy or you turn evil and send it into a spiraling downfall. Also mentioned in the article is the insane force control this game will feature. While you character has four main force powers that you can upgrade through out the game, you can combine them in ways that you can only imagine. Plus you can Force throw people through walls, which is just awesome on its own. One thing that I really like about this game though is it's use of the of some on gamings newest technologies, such as the DMM program by Pixelux entertainment and the euphoria program from NaturalMotion Ltd. All of these programs will be paired with one of the most powerful systems today, the Havok Physics system, making the gameplay the most realistic and enjoyable that has come out to date.


Another signal that this game will be great in the huge advertising campaign also mentioned in the article. This will include a line of action figure surround the games cast, plus comic books and maybe even book versions of the game, which would be really good.
