Crossroad
I've been collecting Star Wars ever since I was 5 years old, my mother bought me a C-3PO figure. After that, everything started. I bought every single figure, playset, vehicle, spaceship, LEGO, comic book, and advirtisment I could get my hands on. I went to all the Prequels at midnight showings.(Even Episode1). My friends and I would dress up and wait in the line outside, waiting for the theater to open. Now that it has been over a year since the final film was released, I been thinking of the future.

What will happen? Of course, there are still video games, novels, and comics coming out, but it just isn't the same. Going out to stores, racing around to buy the latest action figures, or counting down the weeks until the next movie comes out. I know that probably won't happen again.

I believe most fans are at a crossroad in their obsession with everything Star Wars. The future is uncertain, although the news of two T.V shows has me excited. I've had some thoughts about selling my huge stash of figures, but I then tell myself that this isn't the end of Star Wars, but just another chapter in an ongoing and constantly changing story of its loyal fans. As long as the fans watch the films, buy the products, or make blogs about it, the story from a long time ago in a galaxy far away will never end.

May The Force Be With You.
