Correct me if I'm wrong, but at least in the EU (I don't think in the movies) it is mentioned that Tatooine was once a lush jungle world, or at least something more hospitable. It has since turned into a jungle. I am 99% sure there is a reference on Tatooine in KotOR to this...am I right?
If I am, could this be a talk about global warming? I mean, more people have been aware about a possible global warming lately, and although some people believe this is just a natural process, some people believe we are causing it. Does this mean that this is the way of the people involved in SW to try to increase awareness about global warming, so we don't turn our own pretty nifty Earth into a desert planet?
