Well, for awhile now, my brother has been wanting to get rid of our adult dog and since she's technically his dog, it's his call. Today though, someone from animal control came by to pick her up cause they've reachieved reports from people who've driven by the house, with a very bad vantage point I might add, and reported that she's being kept outside all the time with no food or water, which is of course preposterous. All except for the keeping out side bit. My brother wants her outside cause she's too destructive to keep her in the house. We were also told that even if you keep your dog inside, they need shelter when you let them out to pee. I suppose this means a dog house of some kind. She's gone though now, to the animal shelter, where she'll probably just stay until they kill her....something I don't like thinking about.. I'm deeply saddened to see her go, but I just don't know what else I could have done with her.

Now, in addition to all that, I was told that we needed a litter license for the puppies we have. Litter license?? WTF is that? . But since we only moved up here in January, from Mississippi to Missouri, they're waving that..this time. And, we'll need licenses for the 2 pups we're keeping of course. I swear...what with food and these licenses If I keep spending money the way I am on these dogs, I'll have just enough money at CIV to buy a candy bar
