Since September 28th,
WWE has been showing cryptic Video Promos during their shows. For the first few, no one knew who this was hyping, but then word got out that it was Chris Jericho, who we haven't seen on WWE TV since the summer of 2005. We went through 2 PPVs (No Mercy and Cyber Sunday) expecting Jericho to make his return, but all we got were more videos. On The November 12 editin of WWE RAW, the newest Video said "6 Days, 23 Hours, 33 Minutes, Next Monday", so we knew he'd be on the November 19th edition of RAW instead of WWE Survivor Series on the 18th.
As expected, on the November 19 edition of RAW, Jerchio made his return at the end of the show, inturupting WWE Champion, Randy Orton, during his "Passing of the Torch" Ceremony. While I did Mark Out (Look it up!), I can't help but feel that the "Magic" of his return was ruined by the fact that we all knew. Try as they might, WWE just couldn't keep the secret. Hell, if you got the new Issue of WWE Magazine in the Mail, that ruined it as well.
All in all, I'm glad he's back. He's smaller than he used to be, but that's ok...he'll build back up. And he hasn't lost any of his Mic skills (Look It Up!!). He's still one of the most entertaining guys on the mic. I look forward to seeing his first on air match since his return..whenever that may be.
In closing I would like to say Y2J, THE AYATOLLAH OF ROCK AND ROLLA IS BACK!!!
