Hey, everybody. I just noticed a little something while microwaving a piece of pizza today (mmm...). I was thinking in the order of when the movies came out, when each of the four Sith lords made their debuts. I was also thinking about how many episodes they were in total.
After I thought about it for a minute (actually, about 45 seconds), I figured out that Maul was in one movie, and his debut was in episode 1. Count Dooku was in two, and his debut was in episode 2. Darth Vader was in four, and his debut was in episode 4. Remember that I am doing this is the order of which they came out. Also, Sidious was in five episodes, and guess what? His debut was in episode 5 in the hologram. So, the relationship here is every Sith Lord in the Saga is in as many movies as the number of the first epidoe he was in.
I bet some of you noticed this already, and it's only sort of interesting, but I just think it is kind of neat. I kind of doubt Lucas intended this, but perhaps he did. Also, a useless and surely accidental coincidence, there are four Sith Lords in the Saga, and the first episode to be in theatres was four. Let me know what you think, see ya.
