Has anyone else apart from me noticed that there are no duel wielders in the starwars triology apart from sarah(featured pic)Cin biolig's greatest and most powerful apprentice?

Really I imagine there would be more Jedi wielding the double Lightsabre combo.After all anakin seemed to injoy it when he was on geanosis against Count Dooku but he showed little expirince in the form of combat.The best one I saw would probably be Maul if u class that as duel Wielding there is really two there isn't there.

The Jedi belive that the lightsabre is youre life and this maybe the reason why we only see sarah as she might have been able to bend the rules because of her high mediclorian count who knows?This might be another example of the Jedi's Frusturating Arrogance not to change with the Times

In saying this I wondered why more Sith don't duel Wield Cause they are not bound buy the one lightsabre thing.As they use synthetis crystals to create there Lightsabres which is probably the reason that they create two.

Is there really any Pros to not duel Wielding If yous have some please tell me or any reasons for no one Duelwielding please feel free to tell me and comment with therioes and facts.
