Back in Purple
As I sit here at work watching the NCAA tourney (when I should be working or emailing a certain someone), it really hit me that I NEED my blog back.

I'm taking it back. I miss you guys after all, so I'm back in purple.

Has anyone seen the new ABC show Castle? For Firefly fans, it stars our captain Nathan Fillion. I must say, after one episode it appears Mal has resurfaced as writer. I liked the first show and I'm in. It's scheduled on the DVR.

As far as TV shows go; I'm about 7 episodes behind on the Clone Wars. I've enjoyed them, but the wife wants to watch them with me and to find time for us to watch them together is amazingly brief. I'm very interested to see where they go with it. It seems that most of the shows are kind of their own story not really revealing a ton of stuff to us the viewer, but at some point its going to have to start rolling towards episode three right? I haven't been on the site in awhile, so there is probably extensive subject matter on this topic if I would go look.

I see Stoogie is going as strong as ever and that is a true blessing. Let's keep the jokes coming Stoogie!

Since I've last been on the site, I've been keeping up with my EU reading in various spurts. I was a latecomer to the EU and started chronologically. I've made it up to the New Rebellion with many, many stops to go back and read books that have come out recently that take place before where I'm at in the timeline. I've read enough books now that I had to purchase a new bookshelf to hold them all, because I've got to display them right? I'm currently reading the second of the Darth Bane books and these have been a pleasant surprise.

For those old timers that would remember such things, my family is still the same size, which means my padawan is now five about to turn six shortly. My family has gone through much over the past couple of years, but things are going very well over all.

The thing that has been missing from my life frankly is the friends I've made on this site. It warms my heart (yodaism I know) to see so many that are still here.

Well, I think this truly qualifies as a "web log" and hopefully I can get to some better subject matter in the future.

It is good to be back.

Happy blogging and keep the peace my friends.
