All right, here we go... maybe. I'm waiting around, tapping my foot for Jodo to arrive. My Zelda game sits like an impatient lover while I immerse myself in Star Wars.
I only a few short hours, I could be seeing the movie. Due to our contacts at the theater, Jodo and I could be doing a screening tonight. If not, [shrug] there's always tomorrow night.
Either way, I can't wait. As if anyone possessing a blog here
can. And then, once I've seen it, I know I won't be disappointed - I know I won't be sad the wait is all over. I'll be excited for the next step in my Star Wars life. And then, immediately thereafter, I will drive Luke (my car) down to the store and get all the crap I've been dying to: the novel, the visual guide, the cross-sections, the Last of the Jedi, Visionaries, the video game... [sigh] you name it.
I tried to get tomorrow off work. Right, right, I already have Thursday through Sunday off; what more could a padawan want? But if I do go see the movie tonight, I won't get to bed till like three. And then have to get up at 8 and work for eight hours. Boo. ...Oh well, at least then I can retrieve the Darth Leaper off my desk and display it proudly to Jodo.
I told Jodo maybe he should bring his robes in case we decided to wear them to any of the 23525236578 times we see the movie. I don't know if I meant it or not. I don't want to get the crap beaten out of me all that much.
Anyway, I think it's Zelda time again. Jodo, where are you?
