Without further fanfare, here it finally is... the first issue of STAR WARS OUTSIDER!

Outsider is a PDF magazine featuring the Expanded Universe contributions from the movers and shakers within the fan community. You might want to read this blog for some background info. But basically, if you're craving Expanded Universe material, then you should enjoy this.

Some of you have already downloaded it; it has been online since 23 May. I literally uploaded it 5 minutes before I left my house for Sydney airport, to fly out to Los Angeles, Celebration IV. Thus, I didn't get a chance to alert anyone that it was online. I apologize for that. It's been surprisingly difficult to find internet access without a laptop. I'm writing this blog from a hotel in New York.

Just wanted to send a HUGE thanks to all the contributors, and to all the fans who have supported the project. Cheers!!!

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it, and with the feedback I've received so far, there'll definitely be at least one more issue released by the year's end.

Next issue will contain a section on Celebration IV, so if you have any really cool photos from the event that you'd like to see in Outsider, please send them to starwarsoutsider@hotmail.com.
