This morning when I was getting dressed for work, I glanced at my side of the bed. There it was in all its glory... my pillow covered with a vintage Star Wars pillow case. I thought to myself, "Your the goofiest man alive!" But then I thought that there are people out there right now, grown people, wearing Star Wars PJs sleeping on their Star Wars pillow case. I didn't feel so bad then, just silly.

My wife e-bayed several vintage sheet sets a year or so ago, and she sent some of that material to her Mom in Texas. Her mom made me two TOTALLY cool, quilt-like, throw pillows out of the vintage material. These pillows fold out into a blanket also, which makes them twice as cool!

My wife has since learned how to make these pillows. We've purchased some of the newer "Episode III" material, and she made a yoda pillow/blanket for me. My wife is pretty cool! Now if I can only get her to make some window coverings out of some of this material, I'll have it made!
