Okay, so I see Revenge tomorrow. Well, not technically tomorrow, but tomorrow for all intents and purposes.

I don't think I've ever waited so long and so eagerly for anything in my operational life, except for maybe a girlfriend. Unlike 99.9995% of the population, AotC is my second-favorite Star Wars movie, making it my second-favorite movie overall in the entire universe ever. It even gives Empire a run for its money. Now people are saying that Revenge is gonna be better than Clones, so it might just have enough oomph to push past Empire Strikes Back to make it the best movie of all time.

Ever.

In the history of the universe.

Which, naturally, would make it the best Thing in existence. This means that we shouldn't be surprised if beings from other dimensions decide it's worth it to cross the rift of space-time to see this movie. Suffice to say, the amount of money made from plush-buddies alone will probably be enough to buy most major planets, with enough cash left over to purchase William Shatner.

But I'm probably preaching to the choir, here. The really odd thing is that the news from E3 is already pouring in, and will continue to do so through Thursday. It's like someone decided that it's time to detonate the heads of geeks around the world through too much excitement. Pictures of the PS3 gave me roughly the same feeling that as a massage from Leia in her slave outfit would. The Nintendo Revolution looks like you could lose it if you sneeze, and the Nextbox (NOT the 360, hear me?!) doesn't frighten me nearly as much as the black and green monster currently lurking under my TV.

Anyway, my first blog. Interesting concept. I always wondered if anyone actually ever read these things.
