Its weird- Do you ever Dream about Star Wars? :0

Hi Guys!!!!

This is quite a weird blog. but no wierder than any of my others. But its quite interesting to learn about how Star Wars Affects us

Last night I had a great dream that I felt lasted all eight hours I slept!

"it was about me being a Commander Appo and I was on the mission where I must asassinate all the Jedi. At one point I was doing great but soon I started to get really rubbish at aiming and couldn't seem to move.. Then after a while I could move but I found myself all the sudden trapped on a Planet like Rhen Var. I looked round to see that I was in the middle of a ruin and....in the middle of a rebel (yes rebel) Ambush"!

It was a great dream, and unfortuenatly thats all I can remember!

How can I explain this phenomenon (exuse speeling) of a dream. I've also noticed i've had a lot more of dreams that involve someway or another. my main question is
"How does star wars affect us"

Well...I think it affects us in all kinds of ways, both when we are awake and we control our thoughts and when we're asleep and our sub-consiousness takes over. When we are asleep are sub-consiousnes effects us in certains ways which sometimes influence us to do things that we dream of or desire to do, like sleep walking for instance. So this may explain why I dreamt of starwars and Commander Appo because of something that I have done or something I am going to do. We may also have nightmares involving star wars where we like Darth vader have turned to the dark side or have been robbed of our one true love (Padme). And also you might (just might) have a nightmare on evil Jawas. :0

During our day to day lifes Star Wars can also affect us. I would be lieing if I said I have never caught myself leaping round a room with a stick pretending i'm a jedi. Do you do this? But also during conversations we might occasionaly bring up Star Wars or compare somone or something something in Star wars. Next I can remember now and again bringing up lines and quotes from the star wars movies like

"execute order 66" Darth Sidious, ROTS
"so, this is how democracy ends....with a thunderous Applause" Senator Amidala, ROTS
and "May the force be with you"
Do you catch yourself saying quotes?

Since I totally became a SW nerd I have found myself playing 100% star wars games, joining up for Hyperspace, adding starwars.com, wookiepedia and lucas arts to my Favourite website list etc... is this normal? You also start to find yourself recognising people as someone who had played as a Sw character or you recognise your best friend is a SW lookalike.

I'm not sure how to conclude this. So i'm gonna let you.

Do you catch yourself saying quotes? Everyday in one way or another.
is this normal? Yep. And you need to add SW action figures and FX lightsaber to your collection. Don't forget the novels and all movies too.
What are your thoughts? Wanting come coffee right now and thinking about posting my next blog. Got to clean the car too.

That is pretty much the only dreams I have.

Do you catch yourself doing weird things?

I love using the force to open automatic doors, I enjoy swinging my replica Anakin lightsaber around, I make fanfilms occasionally.. Yeah, I would say I do weird things.. But then again, thats not really weird.. Is it??

date Posted: May 21, 2006 9:02 AM Oh my. I've never dreamt about Starwars yet, but I do find myself entering starwars.com a lot more than usual lately and I just this week joined Hyperspace. I've started an action figure collection (something I've never done in my life). YES it has gradually affected MY daily life. I'm having fun with it. That's the idea, I think? Keep on dreaming.

All the time man...all the time. Whenever I see my friends i don't see them as who they really are, but who they would be if they were SW characters. Also whenever I watch the movies I can picture me & my friends in the movie. For example when Anakin comes on screen during the movie(s) I see my boy friend. Or at school when I talk to Corey(my b/f) I'll end up callin him Anakin. Most of my dreams are SW dreams

Have you ever Dreamed about Starwars? The night before last i dreamed that anakin pulled a blaster on me and tried to rob me then Chewy and a jawa shot him.

Plus everytime i see Harrison Ford i think about Han Solo then i have an urge to watch starwars
