I think the way sidious handled order 66 was horrible. For instance, Ki-Adi-Mundi was killed by being swarmed and shot at until he was basicly crispy. Ayla Secura was also killed by swarming, when she was dead on the ground, then they continued shooting her. Both of them are worse then Yoda However, Commander Gree and a clone tried to shoot him! Why not a thermal det. or at least swarm, I saw those Juggernaughts with missles, Im sure they could spare one.

If i was in command, I would have the clones find the bodies to make sure they are dead(Obi-wan and Yoda). Then if they cant find them, Complete lockdown. Surrond the area until they are found. Then the Utapauns and Wookies. I would make them help find the jedi and kill them. If they did not. I would say they are an enemy of the Republic and we all know what happens after that.

And finally, HAVE THEY EVER HEARD OF ARC-170 STARFIGHTERS!!! Strafing runs and mow them all down. The bottom line, Heavy artillery and more troops.
