I decided to boil down the Forum Glossary into a single entry, someday even alphabetized, with handy pronunciations of hard-to-sound-out words for the kids. It can be updated from additions to the original thread in the Cantina. These are contributed by many different members of the forums, and at some point I will denote the attributions (an overly complicated way of saying who came up with what...)

Think of it as a handy pocket version of the original. Or not.

Stroupified - any encounter with Stroup.
Example - "I been stroupified".

Threadeology - digging up old threads.
Example - "Several threadeologists have located Twineball's first post..."

The Big Post - a theorized first post that spawned the universe of the SW.com forums.
Example - "There were no posts prior to the Big Post"...

Locksurfer - someone who attempts to post in locked threads.
Example - "I got banned for locksurfing".

Modsmack - when a troll is beaten into submission by repeated bannings of new screennames.
Example - "I was modsmacked repeatedly until I got bored."

Glenscar, Glenswallet, Glenshat, Glenskeys - it would stand to reason these would be what they would be called. :0)

Moosific - any information you could have easily done without 5 minutes ago.
Example - "Could you be less moosific?"

Post-traumatic Syndrome - any thread that is made in anger.
Example: "The poster of this thread appears to be post-traumatized".

Modified - to be locked, banned, censured, warned, or generally smacked about by a forum mod
Example: "I been modified." or "I must report to my indoctrination unit to be modified".

Ninostarric - anything that is professed to exist, but is seen very little.
Example: "Blackholes are said to exist, but are still officially ninostarric".

Thread-O-Cide - when you post a thread that has no hope of surviving.
Example: "My thread committed Thread-O-Cide yesterday"

Threadkiller - when you make a comment that can not properly be followed, and therefore kills the thread.
Example - "Are you a fellow threadkiller?"

Plurk - Combintion of Posting and Lurkng

Goog - Proper way to say good in the AOT thread

Laughonym - abbreviations denoting various progressive forms of self-destructive behavior via laughing.
Example: "LOL"(laughing out loud), "ROTFLOL" (rolling on the floor laughing out loud), "LOLSHMHEANICTA.." (laughing out loud so hard my head's exploding and now I cant type any-"

Emoticlate - to placate someone after insulting them with a smiley face, thusly :0)

Chat-jacked - when your thread is taken over by chatters who couldnt care less about your topic :0)
Example - "My thread got Chat-jacked, then committed Thread-O-Cide."

Ethanol - To flame someone in very obscure terms in such a way that it can never be seen as an open flame. (ref. - NASCAR, CART, etc)

ThreadRot - a thread disease that attacks seemingly healthy threads from within, soon causing them to wither and die at an accelerated rate.
Example - "Dont put your tongue on that thread, son. It may have ThreadRot."

Bump - the movement of a thread from a seeming demise simply for self-gratification, or, on rare occasions, because you really feel the topic sincerely needs consideration.
Example - "I done did bump that there T'bone's Tavern. It sunk to page three!"

Phoenix Thread - a thread which you haven't seen in a while, miracously rises from the ashes to make it to the first page. The date of the last post was atleast a month before

Bobavader (n): a completely nonsensical topic and/or post, usually lacking capitalization
Example: "skid marks"

Premature Postulation- posting in a thread before you actually read anything in the thread, a condition that lessens with post count and age.

Kraken - Mythical monster that is Glen's alternate personality, reserved for use on people who annoy him.

Investilocktion - Skipping to the last page of a locked thread to find out why it was locked.

Autobump - the shameless bumping of your own thread to get attention.
Example - "bump"

Fouminutes - that time used for posting in the SW.com forums which can never be made up and otherwise could be used productively.
Example - "Lie: I've been gone for only about 45 foruminutes today"

Precognolock - a new theory of "modification" inspired by the movie Minority Report in which Mods may lock a thread either before or at the very moment it exists because they know its up to no good.
Example - "Forum Feedback Topic: Why did you lock what I was just thinking about?"

Apprehendiation Thread - (n) - [app - pree- hen - dee- A-shun thred] - A thread locked within seconds because it is the outlawed appreciation kind.

Simulpost - (n) - Posting at the same time as another person precipitating either out of sequence or repetitive posts.
Expample -
R5Droid: "Hey ObiWanR2, whats up? Who is Sifo-Dyas?"
R5Droid: "oh well guss you arent there"
ObiWanR2: "I dont know"
R5Droid: "Did you see the movie?"
ObiWanR2: "I am here."
ObiWanR2: "Later"
R5Droid: "Still there? Who is Sifo?"
ObiWanR2: "Yes"

################ - (n) slang for the forum censor software due to its ability to turn the most mundane comments into something somehow quite wrong, unbeknownst to the poster
Example - "I like the scene when Obi-Wan ########## Jango with all he's got - but Jango ########## him back really good, over and over and over, and so its basically the Obi-Wan and Jango on the ground and each ############ each other repeatedly."

####kissing - (n) - Any activity Worshipping Dark Moose.

Trolljacked - (adj) - similar to chatjacked, only by a troll.
Example -
Topic: Who wants to be a millionaire?
Leia8873625 - I do! I do!
darthvader - what's a millionaire?
troll - AAARGH! I'M A TROLL!!!! HEAR ME ROAR!!
Leia8873625 - what was that?
darthvader - I think it was a troll
Leia8873625 - get outta here troll!
troll - NEVER!!! I'M HERE TO STAY!!!
mod - banned, mr troll.
troll2 - THAT'S WHAT YOU THINK! MUHAHAH!
etc.

Stupidity -- 1) Returning to troll under a name extraordinarily similar to the one you last used (Ex: see above). 2) Creating whole threads for the purpose of trolling (Ex: HEY IM BAACCCCK!!!!!!!!).

Extreme Stupidity -- Definition 1 of stupidity, followed by making your first post under your new name in Feedback.

Snoob - (v) When a newbie innocently or knowingly steals a part of, or has a distracting and disturbing variation on a veteran's screenname.
Example -
PL - My name's been snoobed!
Lex- How?
PL - There's a guy named MisterPL running around!
Lex- Oh no!
Aurora- Let's go beat him up!
Emp- Go show him who's boss!

Threadscraper - (n) - any of the massive community chat threads that reach near-10,000 posts, and then are locked for posterity as a monument to chattyness.
Example -
"Look at that lovely row of Threadscapers Stroup and Rogueleader made".
...or...
"If you look closely in the shadow of that Threadscraper you can just make out the short row of Threadhuts Dark Moose built."

TPR - otherwise known as "Thread Posting Rate", or the frequency in which a poster starts a new thread as measured against a unit of time.
Example - "Molecule, Dark Moose and Stroup have an unnacceptably high TPR."

TPD - otherwise known as "Threads Per Day", a common unit of TPR.
Example - "Molecule, Dark Moose, Bobavader, and Stroup have an average TPR of about 8 tpd."

Thretus - (n) - A just born thread under 10 posts. Many threads have a high thretus mortality rate.
Example - "Twineball modified my thretus".

Lockster - (n) - staying in a doomed thread until the last possible second while a mod closes in for the kill, attempting to have the last post before the lock.
Example -
Troll: "Wooo Hooo look at me! I like bird droppings - Mod please dont lock! Let's talk about bird droppings! I'm not a troll!! Don't Lock me again Mod"
Darth Sarcasm: "Youre quite insane"

Troll: "Let's talk about other kinds of pyoop too!"
Darth Sarcasm: "Oh but lets not"
LOCKED

Trolled - having been trolled
Example - "I think we done got trolled, Jed."

Trollery - those things or actions trollish in nature.
Example - "Must we endure such puerile and tedious trollery?"

Troll-jacking - the act of infusing a healthy thread with trollery.
Example - "My thread was troll-jacked."
or
"I enjoy a good modsmacking of troll-jackers."

Troll - see FAQ. Also known as "addleminded twit", or "idle bufoon".
Example - too numerous to mention. Hooray for a new school year.

Spamtwit - (n) [spam - twit] - one who aspires to be a troll, but can't get past being a barely functional moron that can only repeat him or herself ad nauseum.
Example - "Look at the Spamtwit flail uselessly at the forum".

Moosey - (adj.) - anything witty, clever, or in the semblence of a large woodland creature.

Real World - (n) - A legendary place where neither Threadscrapers nor TPR are known; some reference can be found to the holy books of LOTR and to the secret, forbidden holy topic which cannot here be named but goes by SW. Also purportedly home of the mythical sanity, which cannot be here defined for lack of a point of reference.

Life - that which progresses when the boards are down.
Example - "What's that big yellow thing in the sky? It hurts my eyes, mommy."

Sarcasmometer - (n) - [sar - kaz - MOM - et -er] - device built into the boards software that registers the intensity of one's intended sarcasm. Measurements are in single units of Sarcasm, or fractions thereof, on a scale from -30 to 30. The maximum sarcasm registered so far was by Fatboy at 28.3. The lowest record on file is Selecus at -4.
Example - This blog measures a saucy 17.6 on the Sarcasmometer.

LOTRed - (v.) - The act of turning any thread into a mindless discussion of movie going by initials of LOTR.
Example - "My thread got LOTRed today."

Cantinaizing - (v.) To argue, in REAL LIFE, from a logical point of view by using a quote or topic found elsewhere in the cantina.
Example - "I was quoting DarkMoose yesterday to my friends when I realized I was cantinaizing."

Screenoglyfics - (n) - [skreen-oh-gliff-ix] - the use of symbols and pictograms in your screen name.
Example - "Hi, I'm /@\ {=0=]"
Translation: "Hi, I'm Darth TieWing Guy"

RPG-erailed - (adj) - [Ar Pee Geerailed]- The changing a normal thread from a conversation into a role-playing game of some sort, complete with props, noises, stage directions, and a plot.
Example -
DarthBob: So I think we should not be in the UN at all. The US is always having to send troops here and there, and I just dont want to pay my taxes for that any more, by golly.
IG88boy: *takes DarthBob hostage, threatens to blow up the UN building*
Luke_SkyPrancer: *aims sniper rifle at IG88boy, moves his team into position*
DarthBob: Yeah...so...there ya go
IG88boy: *puts gag in DathBob's mouth, looks around for possible threats*
Luke_SkyPrancer: *sends in surveillance droids*
DarthBob: dude, can you stop that please?
IG88boy: *makes sure the gag is on better this time, shoots down the droids...*
