I would love to say D, and I have almost every EU book printed, I just don't have the time to read. I've been reading Dark Force Rising for about a month now, just reading when I can.
Someday, I hope to be able to read all of them.
Thanks for asking!

Surveys!!! COOL!!!
I'm a D with a touch of A. There is some EU stuff I like, but only the stuff that is very closely related to the films. Everything else, it's A all the way!

D for me.... some of it is great, some of it I like to call "P.U." instead of EU....
The worst? "Darksaber" but of course I haven't read everything...
The best? "Labyrinth of Evil", the prequel to Ep III.... funny, touching, and lots of action....
Surprisingly, some the best reads have been Jude Watson's books for younger readers that I shared with my grandson.... TONS of backstory..... interesting backstory, too

E. While I like everything I've read so far (Thrawn Trilogy, Shadows of the Empire, currently mid-way through Allegiance with the Hand of Thrawn Duology and the Prequel Trilogy sitting on the shelf waiting to be read), I'm pretty slective about how far into the EU I want to get. I don't want to read about Chewie being smashed by another planet or Luke turning to the Dark Side or anything like that. Part of me says that the post Jedi stuff is fun but it never happened because after Jedi, they all lived happily ever after. Unless I change my mind, I probably won't read anything that takes place prior to TPM or after the Hand of Thrawn stuff. We'll see.

I'm with D. Trying to fill up every spare moment of a character's life with adventures doesn't ever give them a break! But I liked Young Jedi Knights a lot.

C with a hint of D .video games, comics, and just the regular books and novels, i cant get enough of it. But I dont like it that much when there arent any jedi. The Jedi and Sith are the best part of star wars, along with space battles. But, i still love almost everyhting star wars.

C) Can't get enough of it
There are a lot of things I don't like about EU, but still I love reading more and more about SW. For example I'm reluctant to read the Legacy novels, but I will do some day.
Also I have favorite eras of EU, anything I can get from the KotOR(4000-3000 BY) eras is a blessing for me, but I'm not so trilled about the prequel era.
Finally most of my favorite chars are from EU Thrawn, Mara Jade, Kyle Katarn, Corran Horn.

D for sure! I try to keep with the main characters from the films. To me, they help to keep the saga alive!!

I'm somewhere between C and D, but never A. I get a kick out of seeing how things fit (or don't) in continuity.

I guess I'm E--somewhere between C and D. I read all comics and novels and play some of the games. In recent years, I kind of feel like the market's been overloaded with novels, especially the lengthy story arcs like New Jedi Order and Legacy. While I've mostly enjoyed Legacy, I felt NJO dragged on way too long, and I was somewhat disinterested by the end. I prefer the way the Clone Wars novels were handled; they told the larger story of the war when taken together, but each novel (or duology for Medstar) told a complete tale. In fact, I thought Shatterpoint and Labyrinth of Evil were far better than any of the NJO or Legacy novels.
