Star Wars Survey Question: The Saga
Thanks to everyone who participated in last Thursdays survey (Which is of course still open if anyone wants to answer it). I am truly rather annoyed I haven't been able to blog at all lately, but inspiration is... well a little lax.

So, for Todays question:

-----------------------------------------------------

What is your favorite Star Wars episode?

A) The Phantom Menace X-(

B) Attack of the Clones :| :| :|

C) Revenge of the Sith ]:)

D) A New Hope :D

E) Empire Strikes Back X-(

F) Return of the Jedi :)

-----------------------------------------------------

My answer: D

Thats all for now.

Thanks for stopping,

BlueX

That's a very tough question I enjoyed them all but I'd have to go with E: Empire Strikes Back

Hard your question to reply is ... but should I have to choose, my first choice would be E - the Empire strikes back , followed by C - Revenge of the Sith

Of course if I had to choose from the OT only it would be E.

It depends on what I'm in the mood for... if I want some fun distraction, I watch ANH or ROTJ...

Like many people, I think ESB is the most finely crafted, but I always likes the sense of resolution that ROTJ brought... and the maturing of Luke in a Jedi was awesome...

But, if I just need an Obi-Wan fix :x , then I watch AOTC or ROTS and fast forward to all his scenes :^O

Wow, this is tough. Growing up, ROTJ was always my favorite because the Force and the Jedi are what interested me the most about the saga, so I enjoyed seing Luke as a fully trained Jedi. As I got older I appreciated ESB more, but ROTJ was still tops. When AOTC came out, it immediately shot to the top of the heap because we finally got to see several fully trained Jedi in their prime, in particular Yoda, and we finally learned what the Clone Wars were, 25 years after first hearing about them. ROTS is probably a better movie, but AOTC edges it out because of that initial "WOW" factor I had. So, long story short: B.

E) Empire is the best of the movies. but..........

D) ANH Has the most nostalgia involved and has a brighter place in my heart & memory.

So it is between those two. The OT forever!

Empire Strike Back. No question. "No - I am you father" is the moment Star Wars took a step out of the company of everyday popcorn blockbusters and into the highest traditions of storytelling.

My thoughts exactly, although all the movies are really close!

But, if I just need an Obi-Wan fix , then I watch AOTC or ROTS and fast forward to all his scenes
