Drawing Porkins
As we all know Lieutenant Porkins, otherwise known as the Rebel starfighter pilot Red Six, found himself useful during the Battle of Yavin, but unfortunately had a mechanical malfunction on his X-wing fighter, which led to a crash after being hit by Imperial forces.

I always felt kinda bad for the guy. He wasn't exactly a chick magnet and he never got to be the hero. So I thought he deserved some props... at least on the Kids section on starwars.com.

Star Wars illustrator Randy Martinez explains with these easy-to-follow steps on how to draw a funny caricature portrait of good, old Jek Porkins complete with a lobster bib and an Apple Mac computer sticker on his helmet.

and an Apple Mac computer sticker on his helmet.

Oh, and don't forget the Batman logo on the oppisite side of his helmet! :D

Me too... :( That's why this is so great! A nice homage to the character. :)

Not to mention the pen jabbed down his suit's sleeve (ouch!; there's no way that there could have been an arm pocket), the lack of life support box (and Gahmah's suprised that he isn't getting cold in space), and the writing on the window (Gahmah hopes that didn't damage the glass, otherwise, that explains a lot).
