Rock Stars Who Love Star Wars

After chatting with various bands at the Live 105 BFD show about a month ago (and before that chatting with Billy Martin of Good Charoltte at the TRL Skywalker event), I quickly discovered there were loads of bands raving about Star Wars. So I figured I'd feature them through a series of interviews on starwars.com so fans can see how many of their favorite bands are fans of Darth Vader too!

date Posted: Jul 08, 2005 3:01 PM I haven't met U2, I'm pals with the Killers' management, so hopefully I can get an interview with them. The only rappers I know who dig Star Wars are Outkast (they have a lightsaber duel in one of their videos), Queen Latifah and Will Smith.

date Posted: Aug 11, 2005 9:10 AM In the blink 182 video for the song josie, there is a kid holding a sign that says grand moff tarking for school president. and there are more and more star wars things thrown in. they have an entire song called a new hope about being in love with princess leia. check it out!
