That was one of the best fanfilms I've seen!, visual effects wise.

That was absolutely amazing. I really hate to say it, but I think that actually outmatched the Obi-Wan/Anakin fight in Sith. It just had so much energy, passion, and all out coolness!

Ok don't quote me on any of this because I'm not a force.net message board user... But my understanding of the events is that Ryan and "Dorkman" were considered as the two best lightsaber choreographer/rotoscopers on theforce.net... There was a long running debate between the two as to which was better (I assume mostly in good fun if they were willing to do this together). Dorkman at some point said that his choreography could be better than Ryan's with one hand behind his back. And the rest is in in the video

That was GREAT!! The look on Dorkman's face when he lost his glasses...priceless!

I got so into it, I actually gasped out loud when Dorkman stabbed Ryan.

Very good. Very entertaining and creative, especially the last half.

Rive-- Interesting, so these guys are competitors, huh? I guess that brought out the best in both. It's some pretty creative stuff- I especially like the scene with both guys using the force in a little tug-of-war over the lightsaber. Not quite sure what happened at the end though-- was that a Twilight Zone type moment?

Interesting stuff about those two. I thought the one handed v two hands had more to with just showing the two different styles. LOL - guess it was an inside joke too.

That was great! Makes me wish I could do this sort of thing... I want to do a fan film with old Shaw Brother studios type choreography for a lightsaber duel. Even old wuxia film editing tricks for certain Force feats... like Force leaps, drop off a building then play the film backwards! I can't help but think those dudes have perhaps dabbled in martial arts... I could be very wrong though... they just move too smoothly to be fans goofing around with lightsabers.
