why on Tatooine would Fett had the switch to his Jet Pack on his BACK????

I mean, he obviously cant reach it there now can he? and yet its prime for anyone to bump into him and send him into the stratosphere? or worse yet a Sarlacc pitt???

perhaps he should sue the manufacturer for a SERIOUS design flaw....
