Star Wars for Babies

Greetings one and all,

With my baby boy, Harrison, turning into the Star Wars nerd that he was destined to become, I decided that he needed some Star Warsy decorations in his room.

Sadly, there doesn't seem to be that much on the market for baby rooms - so I had to make my own.

Firstly, he needed to know who the true heroes of the saga were...

and then he had to learn who shot first!

I'm not finished there. I have a whole bunch of canvases waiting to be ruined by my daubings - and soon Harry's room will resemble a gallery of cute - mwahahaha!

Oh, and here's a couple of paintings I gave to a good friend - twins... highly appropriate, LOL.

date Posted: Feb 12, 2009 10:16 AM I read Harrison's blog and was happy to learn that he talked about his toy monkey, seeing as that is my blog name. Great decorations! They look so great I thought you'd bought them from the store! and then he had to learn who shot first! Absolutely!

Oh My Gosh!!! Baby Harry is turning into one adorable almost-toddler!!!

Those eyes will melt the heart of any carbonited gal in years to come!!!

Sometimes one must be a trailblazer and forge ahead where no path has been left. I think Harry's room is going to be the envy of every baby/toddler/tyke on the planet.

Off to read about Harry's latest doings. (I've been so far behind lately that I question whether I'll ever be able to catch up!) Best of all, though, I finally will get to meet the lad who will rule the galaxy

in person one day very soon!!!
