Well, after a long hiatus I've gotten back here to the old blog and am whisking the cobwebs and sweeping out the nesting tenants.

I am way behind in sharing news. Went to Comic Con in San Diego and shared a frantic hour racing around with the amazing Abel Pena, Michael Kogge, Jason Fry and Enrique Guerrero (missing Pablo Hidalgo and Leland Chee by three feet and about a minute and thirty seconds). Talked shop, talked Patrick O'Brien, Blood Meridian, and Hell's Hammers, and met Arnie of Star Wars Action News in the process. Thanks guys, for the whirlwind tour - hope to connect again soon.

Still have my first novel due out in January, and possibly a series of related novellas beginning in December.

Have gotten back to my Doctor Who viewing after a short break with Dexter of Showtime fame, so the Travels With TARDIS entries will start up again momentarily.

Saw Inglorious Basterds yesterday and am probably heading out to take in District 9 later today...unless I decide to pick up The Essential Atlas today instead of waiting till next month as originally planned.

Lastly but not leastly, have a new baby on the way! Expected release date for that is March 4th.
