I know this may seem like a sad attempt to get out of writing more episodes, but...I just can't resist a parody song when the opportunity presents itself. For those of you who are avid readers of "Food Wars", here's another one to stuff your face with even more KFC-related humor.
I'm sure you probably didn't wonder what that song sounded like that the KFC Team member in our last episode was listening to on his iPod. But, since John Mayer is a good friend of mine--or he's about to sue me--I thought I might parody the song and write the whole thing out, given that it's actually John Vader's work, in this case, as John Vader is obviously the Food Wars galaxy's version of....and the Food Wars galaxy is obviously a food-related version of....So you get the idea.
Anyway, here goes...the sad tale of a man struggling with his temptation to eat more chicken than he should. Ladies and gentlemen, "Grab & Eat".
Grab & Eat
By
John Vader (from his hit album "Con
menuum")
Grab & eat
Is working against meat
And grab & eat
Wants to make me fat
Oh what could make
This simple Sith
With a chicken breast
In both his fists
Dream of ways
To eat them both today
Oh grab & eat
Is working against meat
And grab & eat
Wants to make me fat
Oh, twice as much
Tastes twice as good
But won't keep my weight
Like one half could
It's wanting four
That's gonna make me 350
Oh grab & eat
Is working against meat
And grab & eat
Wants to make me fat
Oh, chicken with
Potato wedge
But an eating binge
Would be really bad
I cannot eat
What they need for KFC
[Interlude]
Oh, twice as much
Tastes twice as good
But won't keep my weight
Like one half could
It's wanting four
That's gonna make me 350
Oh grab & eat
Keep the family meal away from me
'Cause grab & eat
Contributes to obesity
Just keep me where the fries is (oooh)
Just keep me where the fries is (oooh)
Just keep me where the fries is (oooh)
Come on, keep me where the, keep me where the
Fries is (oooooh)
