So I saw the movie twice...once at Midnight, and once with my 7 year old the next day. i try to live my life on a positive note...so with that in mind, my son loved the movie...But

COME ON!!!! Artooie???!!!! Wookie, Tatoine, Fett!!! It was better imho then episode 1 but scored far below the other two animated series. I thought the animation involving vehicles and ships was good, but the rest look like they had successfully animated a episode of Captain Scarlet ( except i loved Captain Scarlet ).
It wanted so bad to be a good film but was encumbered by the Teddy Ruxbin they used to write the script. What was with the beginning narration, they may have been going for the old serial feel...but they failed, flat out failed to evoke the excitement and fun of those old films.


Yes I still am blindly loyal to the franchise...but for the love of Mike, would someone sit down and watch ESB and see what a Sci-Fi movie can be.
