I would have to go with out in the war fighting. There is so much more of a chance of survival than in the temple. For instance, in the temple you would be boxed in with clone troopers on all sides, and a jedi turned dark (who is probably alot stronger than you). Out on the battlefield, there is a good chance that you could be with a small detachment of clones and can fight them off, or escape in the chaos of battle, because the clones still have to fight the CIS.

I would suggest running through the droid lines (because the droids havent been givin an order to kill you) so, maybe a few will attack you but it's nothing a jedi could'nt handle. If the clones want to kill you, they'll have to fight through the droids to get to you. The ####her away from the turncoat clones, your chances of survival increase. Well, I am a Dark Jedi, meaning I don't take orders from a corrupted Jedi council. I would never go to there temple, but would help fight on the battlefront sometimes just to protect people. That is where you are most likely to survive. yodabud3 explains that well.

Yoda bud describes it well, and i agree with him. Better on the battlefield than in the temple, in the temple you have to guard the younglings out of a sense of duty.

Like others have said before me, there would be a higher chance of survival out on the battlefield than at the Jedi Temple.

On the battlefield, because in the temple, you are the only objective, and there is a Sith noob inside. On the battlefield, you are the only guy/girl with a glowstick, and they still have droid army to fight.
