I have been wondering recently what life is really all about. Many people seem to focus on the accomplishes that they acheive in their selected career as the determination of wheter or not they have been successful in their life, but I know that there has to be more to it than that if you really want to enjoy your life.

I am aware that when someone really chooses a career based on what they really love to do there can be quite a bit of fulfillment from that career. But I think that a person needs more in their life than only what their choosen career provides them. I think that most people truly wish to have a connection to family and friends. I mean really having a group of people who are there for one another through all of the tough times and who are not just around when things are going well in your life.

I definitely know that I have a close family compared to some people I know. But, I definitely would like to have a few more good friends who I feel that I can confide anything to.

I have many things that I want to accomplish in my life. Finding a career that I can really enjoy is one of them, but having a family of my own one day is also way up there on the list. I only hope that I can make room for both in my life. Family is a very important thing, I would defintely not want to be the kind of parent, when I have kids of my own, who feels like they don't even know their children.
