Okay, so now that I have seen Episode III I am going back and watching the originals. I actually watched Episode I and II the day before I went to see ROTS and now I have moved on to the original trilogy. I have watch both A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. I only have Return of the Jedi left to watch. I have to say that for the most part I can see how the movies all fit together. There may be a few minor things that still do not entirely fit, but I am finding more and more things that seem to go along with some of the things seen in the prequel trilogy. Don't get me wrong, there are some questions that still go unanswered and some things still do not add up.

Something else I have noticed a lot is that there are certain lines of dialogue in the originals that were reused in the prequels. Of course all the standards such as "May the force be with you" or " I have a bad feeling about this" are all there, but I am mainly talking about some other lines that may not be as easy to notice. Also, there seem to be certain moments in the prequels that mirror moments in the originals. I will not go into details now, but I may go into some detail on this in an upcoming entry.

All in all, I would say that I feel that the prequel trilogy seems to go very well with the originals. Others will completely disagree with me, but that is perfectly fine as everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
