I was looking at Google Earth and I went from I-5 to the west at the Pacific Ocean and I found the Ship Ashore Resort Motel at 41 degrees 56' 46" N 124 degrees 44' 45" W. Now anyone can find it near Del Norte, California! I then thought, Hey, where was the battle between the Rebels and Ewoks versus the evil Empire?

I found that at 41 degrees 55' 26" N 124 degrees 06' 37" W! They are both marked with an i symbol. Cool stuff! They are 4.58 miles or 7.37 kilometers apart!

I just now got the 365 day book for where they made the movies published in late 2005. Now I bring you to Lake Como in Northern Italy, at 45 degrees 57' 52" N and 9 degrees 12' 10" E.
