E.T. in Star Wars Episode 1

E.T. in Star Wars Episode 1. Yes the little alien known as E.T. is in Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace. If you watch the scene in Episode 1 were the galactic senete debates the decisson of voting for a new chancellor you can pick out three E.T. characters shouting. This happens during the scene with all the senators shouting, vote now! Vote now! If you look carefully after the scene with the big blue guy shouting you should see three E.T. aliens pointing and shouting. In fact I think they start to raise their heads like E.T. did in the movie E.T. Pretty cool huh. If you have any comments please send them.

They're not in the databank but the Episode 1 prequel novel, Cloak of Deception, and most recently the Holonet News article in Insider #84 establishes that they are called Grebleips (spielberg backwards) from the planet Brodo Asagi.

date Posted: Sep 24, 2005 3:18 PM I recently watched E.T. a month ago, and it seemed a little different knowing E.T. was from the Star Wars galaxy. It's funny to watch E.T. seeing a kid dressed as Yoda at Halloween. You think, "Of course E.T. would get excited seeing Yoda. He's from his galaxy!"
