Do not underestimate the power of the pants.

If you only knew the power of the dark pants.

We have an article about pants on Wookieepedia. Some people don't want us to have one.

I disagree with those people as strongly as I can without getting all riled up and hostile. (There's just too much negativity in Star Wars fandom these days.)

Pants are an important cultural phenomenon. You know it, I know it, Dark Spork knows it, Paul Ens knows it.

Don't let Wookieepedia lose its pants. The fear of pants is a path to the dark side.

It doesn't really make sense why this would really be an issue.

It's a fact that Han's pants have a particular meaning (ie the Corellian Bloodstripes).

It's a fact that the directors of Fox had an issue with Chewie not wearing pants.

Why is anyone arguing having an article on a Star Wars site on an article of clothing that actually has a genuine basis of context in the storyline? Go figure!

date Posted: May 17, 2006 8:28 PM It might not be absolutuly necessary, but it seems to me like arguing against having the article would have to be motivated by a lack of sense of humor.....I mean, whether or not it's necessary, it's kind of funny, and what's the harm in that?
