Some random things on the occasion of being featured blog:

1. I'm finding it very hard to care that Blood Oath might be canceled. I probably will read it (or try to) if it ever does come out, but I am really quite baffled by all the fuss this has raised. I guess it is kind of sweet that a D-list YJK character like Zekk has a dozen or so fans who care enough to pitch fits, though.

2. When I say that I don't do video games, I really mean that I don't do video games. I don't own a console and I use Macs, okay? Stop telling me how great KOTOR is, because I don't care. (Seriously, I wouldn't even read it if it was a book. I actually took the TFU novelization out of the library and never cracked it. I. Don't. Care.)

3. Uh, I started doing tiny book reviews at CJ. Going back a while, it was actually kind of inspired by a SF Signal Mind Meld I participated in, because if there's one thing that annoys me about tie-in reader stereotypes it's that we don't read other books. Also, now I kinda wish I'd done my Mind Meld bit in a sarcastic fashion.

4. I finally sat down and started reading Darths & Droids, and my god is it hilarious.

5. I will be doing another book giveaway on Monday over at CJ. It's not going to be a Star Wars book though...
