Just wondering if anyone could answer a few questions I have concerning the Boba Fett I just recieved.

On his stat card there are two abilities which stuck out at me. First, flamethrower. Can I use this anytime I want? It seems mighty powerful. Secondly, mobile attack. When it says you may move before and after attacking, does that mean you can move, than attack, than move again?
