I have been thinking latley about one of my favorite star wars characthers,my 2nd favorite to be accurate.And i started getting alittle confused on who R2's master really is...i mean obviously it changes rather often but i'd like to know if the R2's master or masters are suppose to be different from time to time or do these owners share R2???Alright R2-D2's first apperence was in TPM and he was on the naboo royal starship as one of the many helpful little astromechs,so in TPM he was padmes.But in epsiodes 2 & 3 was he still padmes because anakin liked R2 alot,they had a special bond which kinda seemed to me like anakin was R2's master...unless of course anakin just liked R2 alot but R2 was still padmes .Ok ,now later at the end of ROTS bail organa hands over R2-D2 and C-3PO to Captain Antillies aboard the Tantive 4. Then 19 yrs or so later in ANH R2 and 3PO flee from the imperial intanglement happening aboard the Tantive 4 and land on Tattoine where they are purchased by Owen lars and Luke Skywalker.Orignally i thought that from Ep 4-6 R2-D2 was lukes in a stunning turn of events i some how seem to be wrong!Finding this out on one of those starwars candy question things you know where theres a question about Star Wars on the back and the answer glows in the dark.Thats where i saw the question..."who was R2-D2s master?" here iam thinking hmmm it could be padme,antillies,or luke but no i was wrong it said princess leia!Now is this really true or was that stupid M & M's question wrong?Yet it would make sense it being the queens droid then it getting passed down to her daughter then again leia has no idea R2 belonged to her real mother Padme.So then who is R2-D2's master?....Who?
