so i've been really busy out here in afghanistan. i finally got moved to an infantry battalion and its the 501st!!! lol i love it here i actually get to do my job. my buddy back home was excited that i'm a stormtrooper now. He just hopes we shoot better than the ones in the movies. I told hime we were more like the 501st clones that stormed the jedi temple and killed jedi.

i can't really talk about what goes on now especially since i'm in a line unit now but i appreciate everyones prayer and support. the star wars fan comunity has been a great to me. i appreciate every last one of you.

i did finish the last book in the legacy series as well as the first two books. i can't wait to read the rest of them. i'm kinda mixing it up right now with the order but i read what books i can get my hands on. i must say though having grown up reading the young jedi knights series the last book was hard to get through. especially with jacen's old jokes at the beginning of each chapter. jacen and jaina are character's i've grown up with and i always related to jacen's character even through his decent to the darkside. not that i'm turning evil but being here at war changes you and i can relate to the way he fealt in his decent to being a sith. the end really broke my heart though and i fealt really depressed all day. I do appreciate the parrelels between him and vader. it really shows how history repeats its self.

well, this was a short little blog just let you know i'm still alive and i enjoy reading everyones blogs while i still can. i'm still here even though i'm not comenting or posting blogs my self. thanks for being here and making deployent a little more bareable
