Things I've grown up with...
The original trilogy
before we really knew much about the jedi
Before we knew how Darth Vader turned to the dark side
There was the original trilogy, on cold winter days I could stay inside watching the OT and act out all the lightsaber fights with wrapping paper tubes. Or I could make a rebel base under my bed, with my mom's "good" white table cloth. The whole Hoth base wouldn't be complete without my huge white teddy bear Herman, who got to be the wampa.
The rugrats
They always got into the wierdest situations.
The grown ups on that show had no clue about what their kids actually did.
It was really funny.
Rocko
I love that kangaroo,
and his little dog too.
and Face
The color change host of Nick Jr.
But most of all I loved the crocodile hunter
Steve Irwin was the one that got me interested in protecting wildlife and he was the one that (ironicaly) made me want to become a marine biologist.
My days as a kid were not complete if I hadn't been able to watch the crock' hunter that day.
My friend and I even created a pretend show in our backyards, where we caugt lizzards and even a gardner snake once ( my mom was very pleased with that one) (NOT!) after we captured the animals we would talk to a fake audience about them and then we would re-release them back into the bush.
So did you have a show or toy that you loved as a kid.
