What's with all the inconsistencies?
Am I the only EU fan who wonders why LucasBooks doesn't correct internal inconsistencies in their books? For instance, in the Thrawn Trilogy, the Noghri place the Clone Wars thirty-five years before Episode IV, instead of twenty-two, and Pellaeon states that the clones were the Republic's enemies. And in Darth Bane: Path of Destruction, it mentions Vaapad as a lightsaber form centuries before Mace Windu created it. I think it is outrageous that some of these gaping errors have been left unresolved. I propose that we fans pester LucasBooks and Del Rey to publish revised editions of the offending titles until they comply. I mean, not having the Thrawn Trilogy as canon is a sad thought for the EU.
