Man, I got some philosophizing to do tonight. Somebody asked me about the history of the force, and in my humble opinion, here goes:
I think it should be obvious that in the universe that is Star Wars, life was created by the Force, which may have been a sentient, more central entity at one point and perhaps dispersed its centrality into a multiplicity in order to create intelligent life, i.e. "I think therefore I am" life. At one point when it may have had more centrality and there was less intelligent life in the universe, it may have had more direct communication in prodding early beings into harnessing their force powers. With less intelligent life, there is a high probability that perhaps all beings at that time were force sensitive and that sensitivity became lost as bloodlines became diluted or people lost touch with the Force, either through a willful decision or as a result of over-dependence on technology. I'm sure the Jedi/Sith breakdown came thousands of years later, but that's for another discussion. My brain says I said enough already.
Time to fire up that ol' space cruiser of mine The
Desert Livin and find me some good trades up in the skies.
