I would point out that those in the American South make a careful distinction between Nekkid and Naked. Naked is when you are simply without clothes. Nekkid is when you are without clothes and up to something.

Now, I'm not sure what to make of janakin66's "necked". The term "long necked" comes to mind, i.e. bottles and...giraffes.
