How to Spot a Teenage Star Wars fan.
Poor teens.
They got a lot of stuff going on and they'd rather be sleeping.
I am sure some teens are Star Wars fans and it is quite easy to spot them out.
Here are the top ten reasons to tell who is a Star Wars teen.

10. Trying to Jedi Mind trick the lunch lady after figuring out they have lunch money due.

9. Accindently calling the gym teacher a rancor.

8. Try to get their pencil by using the force.

7. They open their Civil War report with the statement. Begun, the Clone Wars have.

6. Still practice their Lightsaber skills with a ruler.

5. Still have a plush Chewbacca to hug for good luck before a test.

4. When the band teacher asks where to play for a concert they suggest the Mos Eisley Cantina.

3. For a report on deep space their opening lines are, A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....

2. Have worn their Vader was Framed tee shirt every day of the week.

And number 1. Are convinced that they are turning Wookie after discovering armpit hair.:p

Being a teenage(ish) Star Wars fan, this makes for a great laugh, but unfortunately not a reality! :^O

But also being a girl 18yo Star Wars fan, I try to keep it under wraps in public. How I wish I could crack a Star Wars joke in the middle of class and go unnoticed while cursing in Mando'a! But unfortunately my tortured teenage soul is also insecure and very sensitive. Haha. Ha.

Cool blog.

6. Still practice their Lightsaber skills with a ruler. **HINT** More realistic with a yard stick. Don't ask me how I know this. ;)

Hilarious list! Worthy of David Letterman! :^O

I'm glad you wrote this. I wrote a similar Top Ten a few weeks back and actually considered writing a junior version for all the kids (preteens) and punks (teens), but you did a great job!

Hmm, I have only done #8, #6 and #4. And like jediholteh, I try to keep my prolific SW ranting down to a minimum. Which is still a lot, but I only do it around people who know my geekiness! :D

Teenage Star Wars lover right here. I have practiced my lightsaber technique with two pencils. They fight each other. Either way I win. The list was hilarious. I am just now letting my love of Star Wars show. I don't care what others think. The list was really good.

Hey, I never did ANY of those crazy things when I was a teenager! Nope. Never. Well, maybe once or twice...

OK, you got me. Except mine was a plush Yoda.

LOL. I think I've done #8 and #6, and I probably would do #7 and #3. I'm always creating Star Wars-related sentences...

1. Are convinced that they are turning Wookie after discovering armpit hair.

I once copied the final battle in Ep VI on an essay, that's the closest thing to #3.

5. Still have a plush Chewbacca to hug for good luck before a test.
Don't need to, the Force is my ally, and a powerful ally it is.
Ps. There is no such thing as luck.

I must admit some of this is true for some "nerd" boys in my school. My own SW reputation has spread far and wide in my school (proud of it) now whenever I say something about SW they breakout in comments like, "don't get her started." or "not agaiiiin."
Much fun
thank you for a good laugh!
