Some of you may have heard of the Norwegian cartoon strip Nemi It`s translated into 10-15 languages, but I`m not sure if you Yanks get it over there.
I almost fell over laughing, but none of my friends caught it.
Anyhow, one strip went more or less like so:
The characters are the "heroine" Nemi, and her best friend Cyan.

Frame 1:
Nemi, all fired up and shouting: "I just saw a poster of Gandalv advertising mobile phones!"
(It should now be mentioned that Nemi is a LotR nut, with Gandalv as personal hero.)

Frame 2:
Cyan: "Seriously?!"
Nemi: "Yeah. I really hate it when they do things like that."

Frame 3:
Nemi: "People should never let themselves be affected by seeing such icons with thing they`d never touch."

Frame 4:
Cyan, pointing an accusing finger at Nemi: "What are you doing? You never drink Pepsi."
Nemi, looking innocent, holdig a Pepsi-can: "No, but Darth Vader does..."



The morale is: Stick to your principles, as long as they don`t interfere with Star Wars.
