Hello there,

Just a note to say that life is taking me for a ride right now. Work is keeping me busy and I'll be traveling this week to Santa Barbara to endure some more work induced stress!

No, actually I'm having a good time with this project I've taken on at work and am excited to come through for my company. I happen to think the company I work for is the one of the best in the world. It's one that really cares for its employees and actually shows it!

I'm excited to have been invited to the Annual Meeting for the third time. This year is special though, it's our 75th year anniversary and it's being held at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. A four day all expense paid trip will include tours of the Civil War Memorial and meals/ entertainment will be at the hotel itself. The awards ceremony will be held at the company founder's home estate where he was born and raised in the early 1900's. He passed away in the mid 1990's and his daughter now carries on his legacy. The final evening extravaganza will be held on a river boat, can't remember the name... Queen something; forgive me, the invitation is on my desk at work. So looking forward to it, it will be in June.

Anyway, just wanted to apologize for missing your blogs recently and let you know what I've been up to.

I miss you all so much and will continue to stop in and check you out when at all possible. Blogs have sure been filling up quickly lately! It seems every time I get the opportunity to converse, the blog entry is closed!
